Capdle

Terms of use

Last updated September 11, 2026.

Capdle is a free game made by Justin (Bokuga). By using the app or this website you agree to these terms. They're short because the app is simple.

Using Capdle

Your photos

Your photos are yours. You give us permission to process them as described in the privacy policy: to name the object, score your guess, show your sticker to you and to your room, and to fix problems for up to seven days.

The app itself

Capdle, its design, artwork, and code belong to us. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute it.

Beta

Capdle is in beta. Things will change, rounds may occasionally break, and history may be reset. We'll try to avoid that and say so when it happens.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. We don't promise it will always work or that the recognizer will always name your object correctly (it won't). To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from using it.

Ending things

You can stop any time by deleting the app. We can end or change the service, or block a device that breaks these terms.
